  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and digital downloads.

2. Non-returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

3. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at info@kelonbro.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Our support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

4. Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
